Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, digital AI strategies -- the buzzwords are on everyone's lips. But what's really behind them? And most importantly: How do you bring all of this meaningfully and profitably into your own organization?
In the first week of July, Haris Yalcinkaya, Co-Founder of Ziya, was on stage at two events in the Ruhrgebiet -- hands-on, focused, and with a clear message:
AI must not remain an experiment. It needs direction.
Workshop 1: Prompting with System -- IHK Dortmund, July 2
The kickoff: an interactive hands-on workshop on the question of how to use AI like ChatGPT effectively in everyday work.
- How do modern AI models really work?
- What makes a good prompt -- and where does it fail?
- Which tools help me concretely in my daily routine?
The room was full. The questions numerous. And the insight:
Prompting is not an art -- it's a craft. And it can be learned.
But between the lines, it became clear:
Those who think about AI only through prompts stay on the surface.
Workshop 2: AI Agents & Process Automation -- DigiDay, SIHK Hagen, July 3
The next day went deeper:
AI agents as new tools for automating workflows.
- Which processes can be automated through agents?
- What is technically feasible -- and what is allowed by regulation?
- What does a clean entry point look like -- without ending up in tool sprawl?
Especially for SMEs, hidden champions, and decision-makers, it became clear:
AI agents are not a distant vision -- they are immediately deployable levers to automate routine work and relieve skilled workers.
And Yet: Without Strategy, No Impact
As valuable as these workshops are -- they only scratch the surface if there is no strategy that brings everything together. That is exactly why Haris' central message was:
"Individual AI projects, prompts, or tools don't lead to transformation. What companies need is a digital AI strategy that thinks along, grows along -- and works in real time."
Ziya's Digital AI Strategy
While others are still painting PowerPoint slides, we offer a modular, software-driven solution that systematically guides companies through AI transformation.
What sets it apart:
- Use cases are dynamically prioritized
- Successes are measurable and visible in real time
- Data protection, compliance & ethics are integrated
- Adaptable to any company structure
- Centrally manageable, decentrally usable
It works like an AI nervous system that connects all departments -- and continuously evolves.
Conclusion: From Action to Strategy
Workshops are the first step. They show what is possible.
But transformation only begins when strategy and execution go hand in hand.
That is exactly our approach at Ziya:
From the AI idea to structured implementation -- with substance, a data protection focus, and lasting impact.
Thanks to the Partners
A heartfelt thank you to IHK Dortmund and SIHK Hagen, as well as to the team at Digital Hub Management -- for the strong platform, the trustful exchange, and the opportunity to meaningfully advance AI together with companies in the region.
