What an AI agency does

An AI agency takes a company through adopting artificial intelligence: it finds the use cases that pay off, chooses or builds the right technology, and puts it into operation. Unlike a pure consultancy it ships the result, and unlike a pure software house it decides beforehand what should be built at all.

Common questions for an AI agency

What exactly does an AI agency do?
It brings artificial intelligence into a company, from selection through to operation: analysing processes, finding use cases and scoring them on benefit and risk, choosing or building the technology, connecting it, securing it, running it, and enabling the staff. An agency that only advises hands you a concept; one that only develops builds what you ordered. The point is the combination.
What does working with an AI agency cost?
It depends where you start. A workshop is the smallest step, a strategy analysis for a bounded area the next, a built and operated solution the largest. The expensive part is rarely the AI itself but connecting to ERP, CRM and DMS plus permissions and operations, and at Ziya those already stand on ZiyaOS. An intro call costs nothing and is usually enough for a reliable range.
Why an AI agency from Germany?
Because of where the data sits. Ziya runs in the EU, in your own data centre if you want, or entirely off the network, signs a data processing agreement, and does not use your content to train models. For regulated industries and the public sector that is not a preference but a prerequisite.
Do you work with small and mid-sized companies?
Yes, that is the bulk of Ziya's work. In mid-sized companies the cases that pay off are the ones where the same work recurs often and rests on documents: writing proposals, reviewing contracts, answering enquiries, making knowledge findable. That needs no data science team, just a cleanly bounded case.
Do we have to commit to one AI vendor?
No. The Ziya platform is model-agnostic: which model handles a task is a setting, not a migration. In a market where prices and capabilities shift every six months, that is the more important half of the decision.
How do we start?
With a conversation. If you already have a concrete case, the conversation goes straight to delivery. If you have twenty ideas and no order, the strategy analysis is the right start. And if the team needs to come along first, a workshop is the smallest sensible step.
