AI workshops: a workshop day is the beginning, not the result.
Twenty people learn something on a Tuesday, and three months later nobody can do it any more. So Ziya builds training as a process: planned around your cases, run live, then on the campus for everyone else.
- What an AI workshop does
An AI workshop teaches a team to use artificial intelligence for its own work in one or two days, on real tasks from your own company rather than on examples from a slide. Typical subjects are prompting, AI agents, Microsoft Copilot, automation, and the training obligation under the EU AI Act.
At Ziya the day is planned beforehand around your cases and continues afterwards as a course on Ziya Campus, so the colleagues who were not in the room can follow.

Four steps, and the fourth is the one everybody skips
A workshop can be booked like catering: a date, a room, a topic, done. The result is one too: a good day nobody talks about a fortnight later. The difference lies before and after the day itself.
Plan
Beforehand the Ziya team talks to the people who will be in the room and collects the cases your team is actually stuck on: the proposal folder, the monthly report, the shared inbox nobody owns. That becomes the agenda. A workshop that opens with a general introduction to AI has already lost the first morning.
Run
The day itself, on site, hybrid or online, in a group small enough that everyone gets their turn. The work is done on real tasks from your own house rather than on sample data. By the evening something runs that did not run in the morning, and it belongs to you, not to Ziya.
Onto the campus
What came out of that day does not end up in a folder of slides nobody opens. The recording, the prompts, the templates and the cases become a course on Ziya Campus: modules, lessons and quizzes in the order your team learned them.
Roll out
And then the rest of the company gets it. The colleagues who were not in the room take the course at their own pace, with a verifiable certificate at the end and a company portal that shows you who has got how far. That is how twenty trained people become two hundred.
Where steps three and four happen
Ziya Campus is the in-house learning platform: modules, lessons, quizzes, progress that is written down, and a certificate at the end that can be checked over a link. Your workshops land there as a course of their own, next to a catalogue that is already finished.
