Common questions about AI solutions

What does implementing an AI use case cost?
It depends on how many systems have to be connected and how clean the data is. Building the AI function is rarely the expensive part. The connectors, the permissions and the operations are, and at Ziya those already stand on ZiyaOS. One conversation is usually enough to say whether it works, how long it takes and what it costs.
How long until an AI solution is in production?
Weeks rather than quarters, because Ziya does not start from zero. The sequence is always the same: sharpen the use case, prototype on real data, connect and secure it, put it into operation. The step where projects usually stall is connecting to ERP, CRM and DMS. At Ziya that is configuration rather than development.
Can an AI solution run on-premise?
Yes. Cloud, on-premise or air-gapped, depending on what your data requires. The application is the same; where it runs is a decision, not different software. For public authorities and regulated industries air-gapped is regularly the requirement, and the platform is built for it.
What happens to our data, and is it used to train models?
Your data stays yours and is not used to train models. Operation runs in the EU or in your own data centre, with a data processing agreement, roles and permissions as in the rest of your IT, and logging across everything that happens.
Do we have to commit to one AI model?
No. The model layer is interchangeable, and which model handles a task is a setting. That protects you when a vendor changes its prices or a better model appears, and both are the rule rather than the exception in this market.
