The starting point
SelectLine develops ERP software and is a group of 15 to 16 companies with around 500 employees in Germany, Switzerland and the Czech Republic, working in German, English, French and Czech. In spring 2026 the group set itself three goals:
- make the entire workforce AI-ready and build a shared understanding of AI,
- build up internal multipliers,
- move software development to agentic coding.
The format had to scale (online, up to 150 participants per session), cover several languages and stay available beyond the live sessions, for new employees too.
Three stages that build on each other
Instead of a single training, Ziya designed a roadmap of three training formats. Each stage builds on the one before.
1. AI foundations training
May to June 2026One day online for all employees including development, tool-agnostic, in four identical sessions: AI fundamentals, hallucinations and limits, data protection, prompting mastery and use cases from everyday work. The first session ran as a pilot for leads and evangelists.
2. Evangelist training
July 2026The deep dive for selected multipliers from operations, product management, marketing and development: what an agent is, building skills, layering prompting files, subagents and an agentic workflow of their own.
3. Dev All Hands
August 2026The whole of development, one day with Claude Code on one end-to-end project: setup, CLAUDE.md, skills, agents and hooks, a professional agentic workflow, AI code review in the PR workflow, and coding hallucinations and secrets hygiene.
What stays after the live sessions
Every workshop was recorded and is available to SelectLine on Ziya Campus for twelve months, as courses with chapter marks.
- Master cut: Around 16 hours of foundations training became 3.5 hours in 18 chapters.
- Four languages: Through AI dubbing also in English, French and Czech, switchable right in the player. That is how SelectLine reaches the Czech Republic and French-speaking Switzerland without live sessions of their own.
- Certificates: 350 "AI foundations training" certificates of attendance issued so far.
- Onboarding: 50 additional seats for new employees, plus progress tracking and written Q&A.
What remains
- A shared understanding of AI across the whole workforce, from development to operations.
- A circle of internal evangelists from several business units.
- A development team trained on Claude Code and a shared agentic workflow.
- All content on Ziya Campus, in four languages and with seats for new employees.
