The promise of artificial intelligence is great.

Especially in the dynamic technology landscape, where cities like Dortmund with pioneering startups from the CET and the Lamarr Institute are at the forefront.

We often hear that AI is a true productivity booster.

However, reality also shows another side:

It can destroy productivity.

Why are GPT models not always the solution?

At the IN2AI fair and the Lamarr Conference, Minister Ina Brandes, Dortmund's Mayor Thomas Westphal, and TU Dortmund Rector Manfred Bayer had the opportunity to look behind the scenes.

What they saw was sobering: GPT models that often bring more frustration than relief. But why?

  1. Prompts for solutions are often not scalable: Companies look for tools that are long-term and sustainable. But many prompts generated by GPT models are temporary and not tailored to the specific needs of companies.
  2. Lack of experienced prompt engineers: The number of experts who can effectively use these models is small. The demand in the AI pipeline is high, but expertise is often lacking.
  3. Time advantage becomes a time drain: What starts as a quick solution approach often ends in frustration. Employees return to manual workflows because the models do not deliver the desired results.

The Solution: Taila by Ziya

Amidst these challenges, Ziya presents a solution: The AI assistant Taila (see www.taila.ai)

  1. Pre-built tools for various use cases: Whether emails, blog posts, or LinkedIn posts - Ziya offers tailored solutions.
  2. An editor for prompt engineers: Developers can create their own tools and fully leverage the potential of AI.
  3. Interfaces for integrating internal documents: Through integration with databases like CRMs, personalized content creation is enabled.

The goal is clear: The simple use of Taila should enable every employee to create high-quality content quickly and efficiently with AI - and in their respective brand voice!
