From Slide Theory to the Factory Floor: How Ziya Brings Real AI Agents to Life Together With Siemens

From June 4 to 6, two of our AI engineers – including our CEO Haris – were guests at Siemens in Berlin. The clear goal of these intensive days: no theoretical blah-blah, but tangible, productive practice. We deeply upskilled the local Industrial AI experts on groundbreaking topics such as Agentic AI, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and intelligent skills.
What made this collaboration special? We did not just transfer knowledge – we built concrete solutions directly on site that are now in real factory use at Siemens.
Majid Mortazavi, Senior Expert in Industrial AI at Siemens, describes exactly this leap from theory to practice after our days together like this:
"Ziya turns multi-agent theory into deployment-ready reality. MCP, agents and skills that work in real factory systems at Siemens."
The Difference Between PowerPoint and the Production Line
There is an incredible amount of talk about multi-agent systems, MCP and AI agents right now – at conferences, in whitepapers and in every second LinkedIn post. The theory is everywhere. But there are worlds between a nice prototype in an isolated demo setup and a system that runs productively under real conditions in an actual factory. It is precisely at this interface that it is decided whether AI in European companies remains merely an exciting topic of discussion or whether it delivers real, measurable impact.
With our unparalleled industrial history, we in Germany possess an enormous treasure trove of data. If we deliberately pair this invaluable potential with modern AI, we can unlock incredible added value for production – and not just nationally, but for all of Europe as a business location.
The Courage for Real Solutions – Right Now
The good news is: we have the use cases, we understand the complexity and we possess the necessary engineering know-how. What we need now is the courage to deploy these new technologies before they have long become the standard somewhere else in the world. We have to act now – in real systems and with real, hard requirements.
That is exactly where we at Ziya want to go. We build AI agents that don't live on slides, but run in factories day in and day out! 🚀⚙️
